General order information
Orders of products and services are subject to availability. When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received your order. The order will only become binging once we dispatch the product.
If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason you will be notified as soon as possible and a refund will be sent.
We aim to keep information on your site correct and continually updated. However, omissions or errors may occur and we will correct it when detected without incurring in any liability. The client will always be given the choice to continue the acquisition of the product or service with the correct information (including price) or, decided to cancel the order a full refund will be issued.
When buying from the website you will be directed to a Checkout page where you will find a summary of your order. You should check if the summary given is correct before confirming your order.
Product dimensions and weights given are aproximate and images provided are meant to give a general idea of the products and may differ in color and small characteristics.
Payment
All prices shown on the website are inclusive of all applicable Portuguese taxes but exclusive of delivery costs which will be added later or comunicated by email depending on your location.
You can pay using the means at your disposal indicated on your order page. If you are unable to use any of the methods please contact our services so we can try to find an alternative.
If you pay by bank transfer, to speed up your order please send us your proof of payment.
Delivery
We will will send your product as soon as possible once payment has been confirmed. However not all stages of delivery depend on us and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred to you by any delay in the delivery of the products.
Delivery will be made to the address provided when ordering. If you are ordering products for delivery outside of the EU, there may be extra taxes or duties to be payed on arrival to your country. Please check your country’s regulations as you will need to pay these taxes or duties yourself.
We rely on third party transportation services to deliver the products from our physical location to your address and thus we are unable to influence their delivery once they leave our location.
If the product is unabe to be delivered due to wrong information, you may be charged for the redelivery of the product.
Delivery times depend on delivery method chosen.
Right to cancel
As a personal consumer (not a business) you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without any explanation and receive the refund from your purchase subject to the following conditions:
- You must inform us by email or letter of your decision to cancel the contract.
- The products ordered must be returned to us at the address provided to you in the reply to your email. The product must be returned as soonas possible, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.
- The product must not be removed from the original seal. If you do this, your will lose your right to cancel the contract.
Returns
Customers are responsible for all returns costs. If you have a problem with your order please contact us using the contacts provided on our webpage prior to returning.
Items must be in original condition and returned with the original sales receipt.
If we have been unable to delivery your parcel and it is returned to our physicl location we will attempt to contact you regarding a refund.
Damaged Goods
We must be notified by email or letter within 14 days of receipt of goods about all damaged goods. If possible send us also some pictures of the item’s condition. Any notification later than this will result in a non refund
